Church for All, Kenya
Before
Pastor/Evangelist Franklin Ragwa of Evangel Tabernacle returned to his
native Kenya in the summer of 2004, Brother G met with him in Legend
Park in Owensboro, Kentucky. Brother G shared his vision of establishing
a Church for All in Kenya , East Africa. It would be a church that would
unify Kenyans across tribal barriers. He handed Pastor Frank two copies
of the Bylaws and Beliefs of Church for All. One copy was for Pastor
Frank to keep. The other copy he was to give to an evangelist of his
trust in Kenya . The man Brother Frank found and informed Brother G
about was Evangelist Damiano Kinoti.
On November 22, 2004, Elder John Nafrady along with Brother G departed
Kentucky for Kenya and Ghana. In Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya,
they were hosted in the home of Evangelist Damiano Kinoti, after being
introduced to him by Pastor Frank. During the Elders' two-week stay in
Kenya, they helped Evangelist Kinoti launch Church for All, Kenya on
Sunday, December 5, 2004, in the Kaoli subdivision of Nairobi city, with
72 persons in worship.
Since then God has mightily blessed Brother Kinoti and the good work.
With the gift of outstanding energy and miracles operating through
Pastor Kinoti, Church for All, Kenya , which serves as our base for the
region of East Africa , has continued to grow very rapidly. Today,
Pastor Kinoti reports more than 500 in weekly worship services. To God
be the glory!
Please pray for Pastor Kinoti and the church, so that the Lord can bless
them with a bigger facility for their congregation, which has certainly
outgrown their current location. Already, we have financially assisted
CFA Kenya to purchase land for their future location. This
Evangelist/Pastor Kinoti will welcome your encouraging email as he
preaches the message of Christ’s unifying love to the nation of Kenya.
